Job Scope
- Oversee all HR activities across the operations; recruitment, ER, manpower planning, training & development, compensation & benefits, and all other HR related activities to support the business needs.
- Prepare and monitor Key HR reports, including monthly payroll, Attendance, Allowances, PND.1, SSF.
- Oversee payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Stays up-to-date on relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements as related to the compensation, benefit, welfare.
- Ensure the data i.e. Employee Data is accurate, secure, well-maintained, and in compliance with the company Policies; locally & globally, procedures, code of conduct, PDPA, and others related law & Regulation.
- Create agreements, forms, notices, rules & regulations including review and revise for improvement.
- Create monthly reports with data analysis relating to HR for Management (attendance, leave record, etc.)
- Prepare training programs to enhance employees’ skills, knowledge, and potential across all organizational levels.
- Work with recruitment agencies or headhunters when necessary, managing position briefs.
- Initiates induction process for new staff member.
- Support and be contact point for government units relating to employee and company; DSD, Labour Dept., SSO, etc.
- Be contact point of employees for giving advice, information, detail upon employees' requirement.
- Ad-hoc jobs assigned by managers.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Age not over 45 years old.
- 5 – 8 years of work experience in in HRM/HRD; recruiting, payroll, training, labor law, employee relations, etc./ Admin.; data record, expats handling, contact government, VISA & Work Permit, etc.
- Good command in English skill (speaking, writing, reading and listening).
- Good command in computer literacy skills; MS office.
- Have experience in using HRIS software; HumanOS, Workday, Bplus HRM or any similar. Experience in using HumanOS will be an advantage.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work individually and team player.
- Have leadership skills with time management to finish work within deadlines.
- Able to work under pressure as the work needs the most attention to detail.
- Have interpersonal communication skill e.g., able to communicate both internal and external of organization with all levels in any circumstances.
