Job Scope
- Assist and support HR team for all HR activities across the operations involving recruitment, ER, training & development, compensation & benefits administration, and all other HR activities in the organization.
- Maintain and update e-file/physical employee records: attendance, employee database, etc. according to policy and legal requirements, including outsources drivers.
- Payroll calculation includes other allowances: attendances, OT, Gasoline, commute, PND.1, SSF, deduction, etc.
- Be involved in staffing and onboarding until the offboarding process: prepare JD, job ads post, schedule interview, etc.
- Oversee and be point of contact for insurances (health, accidental, company's car, etc.), and health check-up.
- Prepare documents and processing of VISA, WP, residence of expats and their families, including inbound/outbound staff both locals & foreigners.
- Handle and control the schedule of the company’s cars, repair and maintenance.
- Plan and arrange company’s / corporate’s events
- Ad-hoc jobs assigned by superiors.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Age 22 years old upwards.
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in HR generalist: payroll, expats management, etc. or administrative work experience: data entry & document control, with good typing skill, both Thai & English. Experience working in Japanese organization will be advantage.
- Good command in English skill (speaking, writing, reading and listening).
- Good command in computer literacy skills: MS office; word excel ppt. (High-Use many functions)
- Have experience in using HRIS software; HumanOS, Workday, Bplus HRM or any similar. Experience in using HumanOS will be an advantage.
- Have interpersonal communication skills e.g. able to communicate both internal and external organization.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work individually and team player.
