Job Scope
-
Provide administrative support to the sales and Service team, including make the quotation, sales contract, sales order.

Providing a quotation to a customer with inform the detailed and clear information.
-
Receiving the sales order from customer and entering the sales order into the SAPB 1 system.
-
Issue the sales document (Tax invoice, Credit Note) from the SAPB 1 system.
-
Contact to HQ and local supplier to confirm price and delivery time.
-
Create and process Purchase Orders (P.O.) for products and services, both local and Oversea.

Ensure orders are placed in a timely manner and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.

Prepare and process all necessary documents for import and export shipments, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, and import/export declarations.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and other logistics providers to arrange transportation for both imports and exports.

Generate related summary reports: Outstanding order, Service Hour etc. submitting to Sales & Service Team.

Support the inventory yearly count.

Ad-hoc jobs assigned by superiors.
Key Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in any field. (Business Administration, Marketing is preferred).

Age 21 years old upwards. (Fresh graduated are welcome)

0 – 3 years’ work
-
Good command in English skill (speaking, writing, reading and listening).

Good command in computer literacy skills: MS office.
-
Have experience in using SAPB1, ERP or relevant software will be an advantage.

Have interpersonal communication skills e.g. able to communicate both internal and external organization.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work individually and team player.
